BENEFITS TO YOU
PlayMetrics allows you to register and communicate with your teams all in one place whether at home or on the go. It helps us communicate with all of our families more clearly and effectively, including updates to practice schedules and field closures as they happen. The PlayMetrics platform ensures that you are always in sync with your team and never out of the loop.
The PlayMetrics Customer Support team is ready to assist with any questions you may have. Feel free to contact them with any account questions or feedback by simply emailing support@playmetrics.com.
Coaches - There will be two sections that you will need to complete. The first session concerns practice fields/times and other information that the Strikers need to begin the season. You will also be asked a second time as to whether you would like to volunteer - this is so that Playmetrics can enter you into their database properly. Be sure and read all the instructions when you register - information on the coach discounts found in the instructions.
Parents - be sure and enter information concerning team requests. Players are not automatically placed on their previous team in this new system; so it's important that you enter your team/coach/player request.

Playing Up/Down
We encourage all players to play within their assigned age groupings as often as possible. Families may request for their child to play up in age group if they feel their child needs additional playing challenges. While players may request to play up, no player may play down from their assigned age grouping for any reason. Please understand that allowing players to play down after our age groups are set and published is a liability issue and is a policy that can not be altered for safety reasons.
