The objective of the Richmond Strikers South ADP Program is to provide our youngest players with an environment that promotes learning, creative thinking, problem solving, skill development, and a love for the game. The curriculum is designed to be age appropriate and to teach the fundamentals of the game in a small-sided environment.
Our U6 and U8 ADP Program is designed to maximize individual technical skill development, while equipping players with the foundational abilities needed to pursue higher levels of competitive soccer. The ADP Program is the transition between the recreation and travel soccer levels within the Richmond Strikers South.
By providing an ever evolving, high level training environment, players are engaged in their own development, and get to have fun while competing with and against their teammates.
